Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates using SEO-optimized job postings and AI-powered tools
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to attract passive candidates through talent pipelines
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize conversion funnels using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate personas
- Build and maintain talent communities across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche forums
- Create compelling job descriptions with SEO keywords for maximum visibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruiting with proven track record in Silicon Valley placements
- Expertise in SEO fundamentals and talent acquisition marketing strategies
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (Boolean X-ray)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, React, DevOps) and hiring trends
