Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct technical and cultural screens to ensure a perfect match for our clients.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Offer Management: Manage the full interview-to-offer process, including negotiating compensation packages.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on market trends in Tampa and the broader US tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology sector.
- Location: Must reside in the Tampa, FL area with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
