Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles across various domains.
- Recruiting Lifecycle: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from writing compelling job descriptions and posting to sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and build effective pipelines.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate weekly reports.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Virginia) and be legally authorized to work.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule.
