Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Coordinate and attend virtual career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
