Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, Data Science).
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track key recruitment metrics and pipeline coverage.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
