Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.).
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Collaborating with department heads to define clear job requirements and candidate personas.
- Posting job openings on relevant job boards and maintaining our company career site.
- Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline of passive candidates.
- Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of software development roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed weekly hiring targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
