Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches) to identify qualified candidates for open technical roles.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet our clients' specific requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to ensure consistent placement volume.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reporting on pipeline status.
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development, IT, or engineering roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple search requisitions simultaneously.
