Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical positions.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and coordinate technical interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build and refine job descriptions.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication.
- Onboard new hires and facilitate smooth integration into the team.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (Technical/IT preferred).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong networking and cold-calling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without micromanagement.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
