Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer extension.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline to ensure consistent hiring flow.
- Research market trends to advise candidates on salary and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong research and networking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
