Role Overview:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues via phone and remote desktop tools. You will act as a bridge between our clients and our technical team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients via remote access tools.
- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to customers to resolve connectivity and device problems.
- Document all support interactions, solutions, and customer feedback in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to escalate complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and company product knowledge to provide accurate support.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience by maintaining a professional and patient demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
