Responsibilities

- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while keeping the customer informed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal tools to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot network problems and resolve common hardware/software conflicts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Must reside within the United States (Nashville, TN preferred).
