- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing clients to improve user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and internal software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and CRM software.
