- Transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings with 98.5%+ accuracy
- Format documents according to client specifications and HIPAA guidelines
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Utilize specialized transcription software and shortcuts efficiently
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Communicate technical issues promptly to the support team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with exceptional accuracy
