- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality
- Format transcripts according to client specifications
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammatical errors
- Utilize specialized transcription software and tools
- Communicate proactively with project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) and accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe or similar transcription software
- Ability to manage deadlines independently
- US citizenship or legal residency required
