- Provide top-tier technical support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain SLA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
- Monitor support queues with proactive response strategies
- Execute quality assurance checks on resolved tickets
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical/customer support roles
- Proficiency with remote support tools (Zendesk, Jira, TeamViewer)
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/macOS/Android/iOS systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM EST)
