Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 remote IT support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Execute scheduled weekend system maintenance, updates, and security patches
- Document all technical activities using ITSM tools with precise ticket resolution
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical incident escalations
- Maintain SLA compliance with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent network certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, VPN, and virtualization issues
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM MST)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access technologies
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for client clearance
