Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols across client environments
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct remote system audits and performance optimization
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service integrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows OS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and SaaS tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools like Wireshark
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8 AM - 8 PM EST)
- Detroit metro area residency preferred for timezone alignment
