Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our weekend operations team. You will be the first point of contact for technical troubleshooting, account management, and issue resolution during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat for a diverse client base.
