Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Monitor system health and perform proactive maintenance tasks
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and SOP updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or customer service role
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking protocols, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar support platforms
