Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or L2 support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and user experience.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge regarding operating systems, network configurations, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
