Responsibilities
- Manage Calendars: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and patient visits efficiently.
- Communication: Receive and screen incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members promptly.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our scheduling software and CRM systems.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle rescheduling requests and address scheduling conflicts with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all callers and visitors.
- Reporting: Assist in generating daily and weekly reports on schedule utilization and occupancy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
- No Prior Experience Required: We are looking for attitude and reliability over past history.
- Computer Literacy: Basic understanding of computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
