Job Description
We are 2026 Systems, a pioneer in next-generation autonomous intelligence. We are building the cognitive layer of the future, creating agents that can plan, execute, and reason with human-like autonomy. We are seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Architect to lead our core research and engineering team.
In this role, you will define the architectural paradigms for our Year 2026 roadmap, moving beyond simple chatbots to fully autonomous, goal-oriented agents capable of complex multi-step problem solving. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM research and production-grade software engineering.
If you are passionate about the future of AI, obsessed with optimization, and want to build the systems that will define the decade, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement robust multi-agent systems capable of complex task decomposition, planning, and execution without human intervention.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific agentic behaviors, balancing reasoning capabilities with inference latency and cost.
- RAG & Tool Use: Build sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and enable agents to autonomously interact with external tools and APIs.
- System Evaluation: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and frontend engineers to deliver high-impact AI features.
- Safety & Alignment: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure agent behavior aligns with ethical guidelines and company values.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML, NLP, or LLM applications.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended problems in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
