Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary AI models targeting deployment by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive analytics into core products.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI compliance across all systems.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to stakeholders.
