Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the next five years.
- Architect Advanced ML Systems: Design and implement complex machine learning pipelines, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and integrating viable technologies into our stack.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product management teams.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for future technological shifts, specifically regarding the 2026 landscape.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
