Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise security systems during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for cloud infrastructure and network issues
- Execute system patches, updates, and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems like Jira
- Document incident reports and create technical knowledge base articles
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Participate in emergency on-call rotations for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and firewalls
- Proficiency in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid US work authorization and reliable home internet
