Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models targeting the 2026 technology stack.
- System Optimization: Design scalable MLOps pipelines to handle billions of parameters efficiently and reduce inference latency.
- Model Governance: Establish frameworks for model transparency, fairness, and ethical AI deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Architecture: Strong background in designing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and improving model accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
