Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring scalability and resilience for the 2026 product cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput performance in cloud and edge environments.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformer models, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.
