Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing for the 2026 market.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and deployment of advanced Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Future Tech Integration: Research and integrate emerging technologies, including edge AI and quantum-ready algorithms, into our core product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine model latency and accuracy to meet real-time application requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and full-stack software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- AI Mastery: Deep understanding of neural architectures, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
- Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and MLOps pipelines.
