Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation Generative AI models optimized for 2026 latency requirements.
- Lead a team of machine learning researchers and engineers in pushing the boundaries of AGI capabilities.
- Design efficient MLOps pipelines to handle petabyte-scale training data.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into deployable, production-grade APIs.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI architectures and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on deep learning and NLP.
- Proven experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Experience deploying models at scale (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
