Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large-scale transformer models and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, security experts, and product managers to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring high availability and low-latency inference.
- Drive innovation in algorithm optimization and model interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specialization).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
