Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our next-generation machine learning models for The 2026 Initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed systems.
- Conduct deep technical research to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Extensive experience in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
