Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs) for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
