Role Overview:
You will act as the Chief Architect for our flagship 2026 model. You will define how agents reason, how they plan, and how they execute complex, multi-step goals in high-risk environments. You aren't just writing code; you are defining the logic layer of a new operating system.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ReAct and Chain-of-Thought architectures optimized for high-stakes reasoning tasks.
- Develop novel Multi-Agent Orchestrators capable of autonomous delegation and verification loops.
- Implement Hardware-aware inference engines running on next-gen accelerators and edge devices.
- Create Interpretability tooling to debug complex agent reasoning paths in real-time.
- Collaborate with physicists and neuroscientists to align our models with human cognitive architectures.
- Mentor engineers in building robust, safe, and scalable systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in CS, Physics, Math, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, JAX, or CUDA programming.
- Experience building production RAG or Agent frameworks at scale.
- Publication record in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICML, NeurIPS, or similar.
- Obsession with safety, alignment, and interpretability of AI systems.
- Track record shipping products used by millions.
