Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, state-of-the-art AI infrastructure to support our 2026 strategic vision.
- Model Development: Train, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale transformer models for specific business applications.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct rigorous research on novel algorithms, ensuring our technology remains ahead of the curve.
- System Optimization: Improve inference latency, reduce token costs, and enhance model accuracy through rigorous testing.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience deploying models via Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS SageMaker.
- LLM Expertise: Strong background in NLP, Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments.
