Your Mission: To architect robust, ethical, and scalable AI solutions that drive our product forward into the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and Generative AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for latency, throughput, and scalability.
- Conduct research and implement novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all implementations.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
