The Role
We are seeking a world-class Senior AI Research Scientist to lead our efforts in developing autonomous agents and advanced Generative AI models. You will work in a high-performance environment to solve complex problems in natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Establish and maintain best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior researchers and Ph.D. candidates within the 2026 Visionary Program.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy) and transformer architectures (BERT, GPT).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
