Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for Project 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation machine learning models and algorithms.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive advantages through deep analysis of AI trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive the roadmap for Project 2026, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI projects from conception to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
