Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s AI roadmap for the 2026 strategic cycle, identifying key emerging technologies and integration points.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI models and ensure ethical, compliant, and scalable deployment.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate shifts in the AI landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish metrics for success and track the ROI of AI initiatives across all product lines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high-profile AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and future tech trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and large technical teams.
