Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, Terraform, and serverless technologies
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives with real-time monitoring tools
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/GCP certification
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container orchestration
- Strong background in microservices architecture and API design
- Expertise in scripting (Python/Bash) and configuration management
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production cloud deployments
