Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and Jenkins
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and container orchestration
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud spending through FinOps practices and cost monitoring
- Implement robust security protocols including IAM and network security groups
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of Linux system administration
- Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud environments
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
