Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD
- Optimize AWS/GCP infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead incident response and system reliability improvements
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Automate infrastructure monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaborate with Product teams on cloud-native architecture
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud infrastructure
- Expert proficiency in AWS/GCP and container orchestration
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows
- Proven track record of reducing system downtime by 40%+
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
