Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Agile methodologies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and cloud infrastructure scaling
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
