Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable front-end and back-end architectures using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, refactor legacy code, and ensure code quality standards are met across the team.
- Optimize database queries and improve application performance, latency, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
