Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and sociocultural shifts to map 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend visualization dashboards
- Design and execute horizon scanning methodologies across global markets
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify disruptive startup opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or foresight work required
