Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026 innovation roadmap, integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Outstanding communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership
