- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing product concepts
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and societal trends impacting 5-year business strategy
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend analysis and implementation impact
