- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data governance regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews for complex ML pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments.
- Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and RAG architectures.
