Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex system outages during overnight hours with 15-minute SLA response times
- Execute security protocols including vulnerability scans and patch management for Boston-based financial clients
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and JIRA to maintain zero-downtime infrastructure
- Document incident reports and create knowledge base articles for internal training
- Proactively monitor network health using Splunk and SolarWinds platforms
- Conduct quarterly system audits and compliance checks for healthcare and financial sector clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with 2+ years of night shift experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficient in scripting (Python/PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Experience supporting HIPAA/GDPR compliant environments
- Strong written communication for technical documentation
