- Accurately transcribe complex medical reports, patient histories, and surgical notes with 99%+ accuracy
- Utilize advanced speech recognition software and edit AI-generated transcripts for clinical precision
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify medical terminology and ensure documentation clarity
- Manage high-volume transcription queues while meeting critical turnaround time deadlines
- Maintain and update personal medical terminology database for specialized fields
- Train on new transcription technologies and industry best practices quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of medical transcription experience with EHR system proficiency
- Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) or RHDS credential preferred
