Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 3 support for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor threat detection systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during system migrations and upgrades
- Proactively monitor system performance using SolarWinds and Nagios
- Lead incident response for critical outages during off-hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with night shift experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
